These Terms govern access to Owner Operator AI websites, applications, Agentic OS workflows, and pilot programs. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Software Platform
Owner Operator AI provides administrative, workflow, data, and automation software. We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, financial institution, money transmitter, insurance underwriter, law firm, or accounting firm. Users remain responsible for their authority, contracts, safety, compliance, tax filings, and business decisions.
2. Automated Actions
CoPilot and AutoPilot actions operate only within user-configured permissions, readiness requirements, available data, and connected integrations. You must review configured guardrails and promptly respond to exceptions. No automated recommendation guarantees a profitable, compliant, safe, or successful outcome.
3. Third-Party Services
Banking, payment, ELD, telematics, identity, insurance, compliance, mapping, and marketplace functions may rely on third-party providers. Availability and results are subject to those providers' terms, credentials, underwriting, approvals, uptime, and regulatory requirements.
4. Pilot And Marketplace Programs
Factoring, asset partnership, relay, discount, insurance, and other network programs may be limited pilots or future offerings. Participation may require additional agreements, legal review, eligibility checks, and production partner configuration. Returns, savings, delivery times, income, and program admission are never guaranteed.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to misrepresent identity or authority, double-broker freight, evade safety requirements, submit false documents, access another user's data, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law.
6. Fees And Cancellation
Subscription fees and any usage fees shown at checkout apply until canceled. Introductory price-lock terms apply only as expressly shown in the applicable checkout agreement. Third-party fees and transaction costs may apply separately.
7. Disclaimers And Liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owner Operator AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform use or third-party services.
